German American Real Estate & Immigration Law Center, LLC
is a private firm for people and companies who live or invest across the United States and Germany (and often Japan). We handle U.S. immigration, Florida and cross-border real estate & construction, international inheritance, business formation, and disputes that span both legal systems. You work with one bilingual team instead of two uncoordinated lawyers. Alexander Thorlton is licensed in Florida and the District of Columbia. German-qualified counsel work with us in Germany & Florida.

We are a boutique firm on purpose. You are not a file number in a 200-lawyer office. One bilingual team handles the U.S. and German sides of your matter, answers the phone in your time zone, and stays on the case from the first consult to the final judgment, visa stamp or company formation.
